What the GBP & Local Squad does by the hour

6 jobs with no fixed edge — the kind that run monthly, change as they go, or depend on what the last one found. Each becomes a to-do in your workspace, added by you, by 10x, or by the squad itself as the work turns things up, and the hours are billed at 10 credits / hour.

How the hours actually work

1. 01Your funnel is scored across all eight stages, against your own trade rather than a number we invented.
2. 02If the stage this squad owns comes back Weak or Critical, you activate it and approve a block of hours.
3. 03To-dos land in your Road Map — added by you when you know what you want, or by 10x when the diagnosis does.
4. 04The squad executes them. Every to-do carries an owner, a deadline and the hours it took, visible as it happens.
5. 05Next month the same eight stages are re-scored, so you can see exactly what the hours bought.

Why this is not a retainer

A retainer commits you to a fixed amount of work every month whether or not that part of your funnel is the problem. Hours are approved against a stage that has been measured and found weak, and the squad is switched off again when it is not. You see what each hour went on, and you can stop at the end of any block.
